Account deletion

If you have an online account with us, you may permanently delete it from Profile → Security by choosing Delete my account and typing Confirm when prompted. When you do this, we delete or anonymize your account and associated personal data as described in our systems: your authentication account is removed; saved addresses and cards on file are deleted; loyalty and promotional associations tied to your profile are removed or disassociated as applicable; and third-party records (such as payment processor customer profiles) are deleted or handled according to that provider’s policies. Past orders may be retained for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, but personal identifiers in those records are replaced with a generic label (for example, "Deleted User") so they are no longer linked to you. Once deletion completes, you will be signed out and will need a new account to use saved features again.

10. Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell your personal information for money.

If you apply for a job through Miny's Mexican Restaurant, we collect the information you enter on the application form: your name, date of birth, contact details, home address, work history, skills, emergency contact, and your electronic signature. We use it only to evaluate your application and to contact you about it.

We keep applications only as long as needed to consider you for a role and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and we do not sell applicant information or use it for advertising. We do not ask for your Social Security number on the application form; if you are offered a role, any information needed for employment paperwork is collected separately at that point.

12. Passkeys and Biometrics

If you sign in with a passkey, your fingerprint, face scan or device PIN never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Your device performs the check locally and sends us only a cryptographic key that confirms the result. We cannot read, store or reconstruct your biometric data.

Our Services are intended for people aged 13 and over, and accounts are meant to be created by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
